Co-founder and Managing Partner, Robert is a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry with a diverse and highly transactional background. Robert overseas all aspects of OneFive’s investment business and is involved in the strategic growth and management of the portfolio. In addition, Robert uses his expertise in debt restructuring to advise a select group of clients in the work out of troubled loans and the placement of uniquely challenging recapitalizations.

Prior to founding OneFive, Robert was a Director at Iron Hound Management where he focused on both the real estate debt restructuring and debt advisory businesses. He was responsible for analyzing, structuring, and negotiating deals and closed over $10 Billion of transactions during his decade long tenure with the firm.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Co-founder and Managing Partner, Kameron has over 13 years of CRE finance, investment and management experience. Kameron is responsible for growing OneFive’s investment business by sourcing new investments to grow the investment portfolio as well as the day-to-day management of each asset.

Prior to founding OneFive, Kameron worked for Iron Hound Management where he was focused on real estate debt restructuring and debt advisory.

Kameron eared a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.

Brian has over 13 years of CRE financing and investment experience, having been involved in over $5.0 Bn of various CRE financing transactions. Brian brings a specialized skill set and network to OneFive where he is focused on providing tailored financing solutions to the firms clients as well as growing the investment management business.

Prior to joining OneFive, Brian was a Director on the Originations Team in the Real Estate Finance group at UBS. Brian was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and distributing CMBS and balance sheet loans. Prior to UBS, Brian worked at Iron Hound Management where he was focused on real estate debt restructuring and debt advisory.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University and has a certificate in Real Estate Investment from NYU School of Professional Studies.
