OneFive will offer a complete range of services for each debt and/or equity transaction. Our dedicated team will perform an initial underwriting and valuation of each asset to understand the credit profile, market the transaction to a curated list of capital sources to clear the market, negotiate the term sheets, work with the Borrower team and legal counsel to aggregate Lender deliverables, and work with the lender to facilitate a successful closing of the transaction.
