Robert Vernicek
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Robert is a 17-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with a diverse and highly transactional background. He oversees all aspects of OneFive’s investment platform, including strategy, sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.
Robert’s background in evaluating and structuring complex transactions strengthens OneFive’s ability to underwrite, execute, and manage investments across diverse market conditions.
Prior to founding OneFive, Robert was a Director at Iron Hound Management, where he focused on real estate debt restructuring and advisory. During his nearly decade-long tenure, he analyzed, structured, and negotiated transactions totaling more than $10 billion across multiple property types and capital structures.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Brian Sherlock
Partner
Brian has over 13 years of commercial real estate financing and investment experience and has been involved in more than $5.0 billion of CRE transactions. He brings a specialized skill set in capital markets, structuring, and credit analysis, supporting OneFive’s ability to evaluate complex opportunities and execute investments throughout the capital stack. Brian focuses on sourcing and underwriting new investments as well as providing tailored financing solutions across the firm’s activities.
Before joining OneFive, Brian was a Director on the Originations Team in the Real Estate Finance group at UBS, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and distributing CMBS and balance-sheet loans. Earlier in his career, he worked at Iron Hound Management, concentrating on real estate debt restructuring and advisory assignments.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from the NYU School of Professional Studies.

Kameron Zitelli
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Kameron has over 15 years of commercial real estate finance, investment, and asset management experience. At OneFive, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s investment platform, sourcing and executing value-add and special-situation opportunities throughout the capital stack, and overseeing the day-to-day performance of the portfolio.
Prior to co-founding OneFive, Kameron worked at Iron Hound Management, where he focused on real estate debt restructuring and advisory assignments. This background strengthens OneFive’s ability to evaluate complex situations, understand capital-stack dynamics, and act decisively in transitional environments.
Outside of OneFive, Kameron founded the De Natura Foundation, a nonprofit focused on nature-based learning and community programming.
Kameron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
